Friedrich DESSAUER 10 years of partnership

As part of our Erasmus accreditation, we received a group of 16 students and 3 teachers from Friedrich DESSAUER in Frankfurt from 27 January to 2 February 2023.

The main theme of the meeting was the “60th anniversary of the Elysée Treaty” but also the 10th anniversary of our partnership. On this occasion, we organised a conference-debate led by Françoise OBJOIS, journalist, Jérôme VAILLANT, Professor emeritus of German civilisation at the University of Lille, founding director of the journal Allemagne d’aujourd’hui, and Marie-Elena Milandru, Young Ambassador of the Franco-German Office for Youth (OFAJ).

Maxime Galmiche and Camille Pesin, final year students at the Lycée Ozanam, Viktoria Kathke and Cédric Lehmann from the Friedrich Dessauer Gymnasium in Frankfurt also led the debate entitled: “The Elysée Treaty, 60 years on and 60 years off?

During their stay, they were able to discover Lille and its region, in particular with the remembrance tour, in connection with the history course and the Franco-German memory, but also Paris with a visit to the Louvre.

We will visit our German partners from 5 to 11 March.
