As part of our Erasmus+ accreditation, we met from 11 to 16 April 2023 at the European International School in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain, with our partners from Werner von Siemens in Bad Harburg.
For this second meeting, 12 students from our second year classes continued the work started with their German and Spanish partners on the project “Innovation in education”.
Several activities were carried out in tri-national groups, including a reflection on the ideal organisation of a student timetable and a classroom. The expectations were very similar, sometimes a little utopian, but above all very constructive and interesting! It was also the occasion for a long interview with the director of EIS, with questions on the evolution of the school.
A busy programme: a day in Barcelona with a guided visit to the Sagrada Familia, the discovery of Sant Cugat, and a day of water activities (kayaking, paddle surfing, big sup at the beach “Torre de la Mora”).
The students also spent a day with a host family before flying back to Paris and taking the TGV to Lille.
The last meeting of this project is scheduled to take place in Lille from 8 to 13 June.
